Cancellation & Notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@lotaywellness.co.uk
Please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date.
If notice is received fewer than 7 days before renewal, the next month may still be charged; in that case, your access continues through the paid period and the subscription will end at the following renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing period.
This membership is designed for everyday questions and ad hoc support.
It doesn’t replace your essential treatment review consultations every 3, 6 or 12 months, which keep your care on track.
You must have had an initial consultation and be receiving treatment through Lotay Wellness to take the membership. We will aim to respond to your query within 2 working days
